Pure For Life refund or replace policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or a product exchange or replacement.
If the product has defects in shipping, is not what you ordered or is not what you expected please make sure to contact our representatives and explain the situation to them.
To be eligible for a return or refund your item should be in the same condition that you received it. Then you need to make several pictures of it with a camera or cell phone. After that you have to send that pictures + write short explanation of the situation to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Its good if you also call our customer care representative at 1 (602) 666-6146 and explain the situation. We will make sure that your satisfaction is guaranteed!
– To complete your return, we require also a picture of the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, please contact us on the phone to ask for them. If the product was damaged from the delivery we give fully your money back.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Any item that is damaged after receiving it by you or is with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- If your refund request is received more than 10 days after purchasing the product.
Once your email is received and inspected, we will send you back an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
An option for replacing a damaged item is available and if you want we can replace it instead of refunding you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account / post office again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All items may be refunded. Sale items also. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved for a refund will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for returning your new item.
